How To Choose A Broker
Choosing the right broker can make or break your real estate career. Your new broker should have a proven track record and a high success rate for first year agents. For those of you brand new to real estate and without a license, there are 3 major real estate schools in the Phoenix metro area. They all provide the classes needed to obtain your real estate license. Once you become licensed, Diamondback Realty, can provide you complete training in the day-to-day, practical issues of selling real estate, such as marketing, buyer and seller representation, escrow management, using technology, writing contracts & handling legal issues.
